	We experience high demand on the telephones on Mondays after the weekend, after bank holidays and training afternoons. The busiest times on the phones is between 8:00am - 9:00am. Advice Calls and Visits should be requested before 11:00am Patients can book appointments one month in advance Routine blood pressures can be carried out by the Healthcare Assistant
